Home Visits Program
The National Woman Healthcare Center implements the Home Visits Program to provide comprehensive health and awareness services to women in their homes—especially those unable to access the Center due to health, economic, or social reasons.
The program is carried out by a qualified team of nurses, midwives, and health educators, and aims to:
Raise health awareness among women, particularly during the postpartum period.
Provide primary care and psychosocial support for women and girls.
Support pregnant and postpartum women to reduce health complications.
Follow up on specific health conditions such as diabetes, hypertension, anemia, and breast cancer.
Refer cases requiring specialized care to hospitals.
The program includes assessment and follow-up tools, standardized visit forms, and is based on a clear action plan and a sustainable approach.
To date, the program has served more than 2,000 women and girls from the most vulnerable groups.
